An active bot is any AI agent that has been added to a project and is currently enabled. Disabled bots move to the archived pool and don't count against the active limit.
Archived bots are agents that have been disabled or soft-deleted. They are kept for history and can be reactivated without losing context. Limits on archived bots apply per workspace.
Every plan includes 1 org seat. Each additional member you invite to the organization costs $7/mo. Seats are billed at the start of the month and pro-rated when added mid-cycle.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No. The 14-day trial is fully usable without a card. We will prompt you to enter billing details only when you choose a paid plan.
Your workspace is preserved for 30 days. During that window you can upgrade to a paid plan or export your data. After 30 days the workspace is scheduled for deletion.
